“At least 1 neighbor on nextdoor.com recommended Paul Yacullo (owner) & American Water Damage to us 2 years ago. One of the best decisions I have ever made in my life to hire Paul and his team. I had a really negative experience with a contractor I found on Yellow Pages previous to that. Paul and American Water Damage...they will be your dream team. They have performed multiple water restoration and reconstruction projects for us since 2 years ago. They will be back to do kitchen/batch remodeling projects. They are so good that I don't want to hire anyone else, even if American Water Damage does not specialize in remodeling. Paul and his team are responsive, responsible, accountable, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional, trustworthy, fair, and honest. Our home and family are blessed to have them take care of us. When there's an emergency, like recurrent water damage from a broken pipe, I know who to call. I can tell that Paul cares about our family and our home. He really cares about his customers and looks out for us. I never expected that in a contractor. He and his team are personable, and sometimes I do feel like I'm his only client because he gives us full attention. I'm only starting with this much. I have so much more to say. American Water Damage is a keeper!!! I wish I could feel the same way about every one or every company that works on our home.”

“My son has asthma and allergies and he was constantly going back and forth to the doctors. the doctors asked if we were living with any of his triggers dogs, dust, etc. I told him no; so he said that there might be some issue with mold. I didn't suspect that but wanted to see what was keeping my son with the flare ups. So I looked and started searching for a company to come out that could test my home for mold. I found Prime Care Consultants and Reginald gave me a call back. We made the appointment for him to come and test my home for mold. Reggie was very pleasant, very professional and he was very educated about the work he was doing. He even educated me on things and the process of testing and what I could do after the test results came back.. Reggie was able to give me the levels of my home that was tested for mold. If it wasn't for him I would not had known that there was mold in underlying areas in my home. This was causing the flare ups for my son! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to test for mold or even if you don't think you may need to test, I will tell you; yes you do. You never know what is under the surfaces of your home that could be affecting your health or the people around you.”
