“What a find with Ron! I was looking for a contractor to update and remodel my formal staircase and began searching the web for a contractor. I found Ron’s website and was impressed with the reviews of his work but was most impressed with the tone of honesty it projected. I was a little hesitant as you can’t always believe what you read on the internet right? All I can say is in this case I am a believer. I contacted Ron and the journey began……He was punctual for the consultation appointment, offered fabulous design ideas and within days received the estimate for the job. Of course due to the prerogative of a woman to change her mind I decided to add a few things and the new estimate arrived and we scheduled the work. Again Ron arrived on the date agreed upon and on time and the work began. He was very professional and at the end of the day you would have never known he was there except my new staircase was being created. Upon completion the staircase is just gorgeous and when people come into my home they are speechless, in addition it added value to my home. I am in the process of remodeling my basement and of course Ron was contacted for the staircase/railing work. If you are looking for a professional, punctual, meticulous and honest contractor to create an awesome staircase in your home Ron is your go to guy!”

“I wanted to provide an interesting and safe access to a small tree house in our backyard and contacted Salter. I had seen many of their ads in several of the builder magazines I get. I contacted them and provided photos and dimension for the access area. Received an approval drawing, modified as needed and ordered. I had a couple of question during the ordering process and during assembly. Nothing major and the customer service people answered promptly. I used the galvanized material and painted before assembly with touch up following assembly. No problems with assembly. Kids love the spiral stairs. Has been installed about 9 months, no issues”

“I worked with Ryan to design a custom rolling rack to be used in a clean room environment for medical device assembly. The racks turned out exactly as requested. The fit and finish of the product was first rate. Would definitely use Industry Ironworks again and would highly recommend to anyone needing custom fabrication work.”

“Mr. Dubois removed an old stair railing and installed a new one. Mr. Dubois carefully stained the railing to match the floors in my home. He did a great job! I have received many compliments on the new railing.”
