“We are extremely happy with the finished product. Living over in France we were unable to find any companies that could provide what we needed within our price range. So we contacted StairBox and they were more than happy to help. Chris helped to organise the delivery to Dover an coordinate with our courier, easy as can be. The staircase itself was a mixture of oak and pine (which we intend to paint). Being able to perform quotes online aswell as chatting with the team over the phone meant that everything was very simple. We don't intend to buy another staircase any time soon, but if we did, we would not hesitate to go with StairBox.”

“Stairkraft provided the design and installation of stairs for our new build. The stairs were a cantilever design with oak stairs and glass balustrade and Stairkraft liased with our timber frame supplier to ensure that the structure met the requirements. In all our dealings with Stairkraft, the staff were always helpful, informative and friendly. The installation team were excellent and you could tell that they took pride in their work. The stairs are in our lounge and are admired by all visitors.”

“I ordered a Principal System balustrade in mirror polish with bronze glass with marine grade handrail and fixings – it is fabulous. From the start of the project, I had endured many setbacks with contractors letting me down, even finding a millboard decking contractor was a problem culminating in long delays. I explained all of this to Mark, and he worked with me to deliver the balustrade components on a date that fitted in with the delayed work. I can truly say that dealing with Mark and his team was a breath of fresh air, the product is amazing with easy-to-understand installation guides that meant my contractor had no problems erecting the balustrade - and the glass is just gorgeous. If you want to instal a quality balustrade whole-heartedly I recommend Pink Sand.”
