“Great product and good customer service, they always answered the phone when I called and responded quick to email questions. The only reason is did not get 5 stars is the install directions are not very good. Thankfully our contractor was able to work through them, but it took him more time in hours to think about what to do than it should have if the SC&R direction were step by step with accurate pictures. SC&R is hopefully working on installation videos. Great product, the product was delivered as ordered, as spec'd and as advertised. Great price as I shopped around a few different manufacturers.”
