“Last year we bought a fairly expensive sofa set and thought it would last us for a few years. Unfortunately our furry friend who we love to death starched it pretty bad. Then we found a magic man Doug!! Who not only made our sofa looked brand new but his professionalism his demeanor and end result speaks volume. We are very pleased that we got it fixed from the company who stands behind their excellent work. We are greatly appreciative of Doug's work.”

“We were referred to Fibrenew by the furniture store we purchased our sofa from. The frame of the arm of our sofa was badly broken in a local move. Within hours of contacting Cal we were able to arrange an onsite appointment where Cal was able to remove the arm and take it back to his shop for repair. A few days later Cal returned with the arm totally rebuilt far better than the original frame and because we only had to give up the arm we were not inconvenienced nor did we incur expensive delivery charges. We were very impressed with the quality of work done and would not hesitate to call Cal again for any future repairs.”

“Recently we were pricing new leather couches and loveseat as ours are 15 years old and the seat cushions were sunken and uncomfortable. The prices now for leather furniture are more than double what we paid. We found Fibrenew on the internet and sent in a request for a quote. The quote was very reasonable and much lower than others in Nanaimo. KEN did an excellent job and was so concerned that we were happy with his work. We are extremely pleased and enjoying our 2 couches and loveseat once again. Just like new. We would highly recommend Ken Rauwerda and Fibrenew.”
