“My husband and I met with Liz for "The Well Planned Home" as we are building a new home and to make sure we were prepared for the construction, design and decorating process. Prior to our meeting, she emailed "Background" questions for us to complete which aided her in customizing her presentation and organizational recommendations to our situation. Her list of "Things To Consider (easily overlooked) were discussed and put into action when we did a model walkthrough after our meeting. She provided a list of resources and brochures of area companies to consider from decluttering, consigning or donating items, decorating ideas & storage advice for the new house, the moving process and most of all, how to handle the stress of all of the above. We gained such knowledge in our meeting with Liz as a professional. Her personable manner and ease of relating information would be a benefit to any client who is, as she says, wishing to "get their ducks in a row" .”

“The whole experience totally exceeded my expectations! Whitney was fabulous to work with. Since I was across the country from her - we did a lot of email, FaceTime and phone calls to develop and finalize the designs. I initially ordered 4 closets, then a few weeks later 2 pantries - they were able to install everything in one day! The installers were professional and left everything neat & clean. I plan to use CA closets for the remaining 2 closets in our home and would recommend them highly to anyone!

“I have a home office. I take care of the family finances, do some free-lance writing and also run a corporation that is called a family! I had a decent filing system in place. I also had a mistrust of putting items that I was working on into those files! I felt that if a paper or bill wasn't on my desk where I could see it, I would forget it. So I had little piles of papers, a row of sticky notes here and there to remind me to do one job or the other. Those little piles and notes created a desk area that was chaotic and inefficient. Karin came in bringing efficiency and a calm manner. She spent several hours with me and helping me to deal with my notes, my piles on the desk top and those tucked to the side under my desk! She gave me a mantra to ask myself as I dealt with "stuff"; she helped me improve on a daily filing system. By the end of that day, there was order in my space. And a trust in her system that I could actually find something more easily if it was properly filed.
I cannot tell you how professional and knowledgeable Karin is. I would recommend her to anyone without reservation.”

“I just had my closet outfitted by Charlotte Doors and Closets and I have to say that it is my favorite thing about my house! I love the look and the complete organization of the closet. My initial contact was with Mary to schedule an appointment to have them come out for a consultation. My call was answered immediately. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and an appointment was set up in a timely manner. Scott came out and although I really didn't have any idea what to tell him I wanted he was able to draw up a plan by just looking at what I had to put in the closet and the space avaiable. Even after our meeting he sent me options to further improve our plan and came up with an exact fit for our needs. Their installer, Michael, did the job quickly and cleaned up throughly as he worked. They polished every piece of wood upon completion and it looks amazing! I am so proud of my new closet and love showing it off. Definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made. “After a friend's referral, I called the "organizing pro" in complete desperation. They got me in really fast and before I knew it, every big problem area in my home had been tackled. What a life changing experience! Julie and Beth worked together and they are wonderful. With 4 children, we had lot of different types of toys and "stuff". They have children, too, so they can tell the difference between a Poly Pocket and a Calico Critter which is actually a pretty big deal. They brought organizing bins and containers with them which was so nice not to have to worry about. Now the kids can take out something, all of the pieces are together, they can play and easily put it away. They play with their toys so much more than they ever did because it's so easy to access everything and all of the pieces are there. They also organized my laundry room, media closets/cabinets and some "junk" drawers.
I really can't say enough! They actually set off a domino affect with me and I have since tackled almost every drawer and cabinet in my whole house. Thank you Julie and Beth!”
