I couldn't even get started. My son recommended Monica and she was just the ticket to get me going and NEARLY to completion of this task. She came to my house and helped me sort and categorize and get them all spread out in a logical way so that I can,now, easily get them into an album. Monica is so friendly,organized, and helpful. Every closet was equally important to her in the design process and she eagerly offered multiple options to maximize space & utility/functionality. At every turn, she carefully listened to my needs/wants ideas and took notes and measurements and pictures. She then offered at least 2 design choices within my budget. Clearly she loves her work and enjoys working with people and possesses a "no project is too small" to do attitude. I will be hiring her soon to design my laundry room and garage storage. “I first met Susan 10 years ago when I hired Closet Factory to design closets for my soon-to-be-born twins, our master bedroom closet, and our guest closet. Susan made an amazingly efficient use of space in the closet design and was extremely professional. Fast forward 9 years and Susan was back making space in our hall closet for kids' coats, shoes and supplies. She also substantially increased the square footage of our garage by designing shelves that held mounds of shoes and plastic storage totes!
