“Steve Rados and his company are extremely professional. He came to measure at the appointed time and brought a good array of carpet samples. The carpet was installed two weeks later, also at the specified time. I received emails to remind me of the installation. The two installers were courteous, friendly, and obviously knowledgeable about installing carpet. They showed me what they were going to do and how they would do it. They were very careful when moving furniture out of and back into the room -- something that was important to me. They carefully cleaned up when done. I thought the price was very fair. I would absolutely use Friends & Family Flooring again and would definitely recommend them.”
