“Jason is considerate man who took steps above and beyond what other plumbers I initially contacted about a repair for my water heater. First, he called and found out that it was still under warrenty, which meant I didn't need to pay for any parts necessary to fix it. Second,he fit his initial service call into an already full day but since it was Friday he wanted to try and help me resolve the problem with my water heater before the weekend so I wouldn't be without hot water. Last, when the problem wasn't immediately resolved, he informed me that there was only going to be the 1 labor & service charge. Also he told me (and I saw), that he did not feel comfortable running my credit card for the service charge until the problem was resolved.”
