“I hired these guys to make a couple stainless bathroom counters for my bar. From beginning to end everything was great. They came out and measured the job themselves. They made sure all of the fixtures I order would fit in the custom counter tops and they delivered on time. I would recommend these guys for any stainless work you need done.”

“Ryan replaced all my 25 year old wooden balusters with oil rubbed bronze steel ballusters. He also provided and installed riser and tread oak caps for the entire foyer stairway. In addition he was able to transform the annoying squeaky stairs to a silent joy. I would recommend Ryan to everyone looking to update their stairs. Our foyer really pops when you enter. Thanks Ryan!”

“I first found out about Ragsdale, Inc. through our decorator. She highly recommended them for our indoor project. Our house is almost a hundred years old and I kiddingly told my husband that the walls probably had that many layers of paint. Steve and the expert professionals that work for him such as Rob, safely stripped off the paint down to the original surface. They repaired or replaced areas where needed and did a fantastic job of painting and wallpapering. It looks like a new house. In fact, we liked the work that Steve and his employees did so much that when the interior was finished, we hired them to tackle the outside. That was even more challenging. But, they didn't disappoint. Steve, the owner, was able to give us an idea of what the project would entail, and kept us in the loop as the work progressed. An older home has many surprises, but they knew what they were doing and have dealt with each and every detail very professionally. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants only the best job for their home. You will not be disappointed.”

“Peters Wood Refinishing stripped and refinished all of the painted woodwork - doors, windows, trim, crown molding, baseboards, staircase, banister - in our 1883 home. They also milled some trim to replace damaged and missing trim. Even though the trim in our house is not all the same kind of wood, they made sure the color of the stain matches throughout. They found matching replacements for some missing and broken hardware that was original to the house. We are really pleased with their attention to detail and their craftsmanship. They did an incredibly beautiful job!”

“We were so fortunate to find Craig to restore the original entry hardware of our landmark home. Craig is extremely knowledgeable about the inner workings of intricate vintage lock mechanisms and was able to restore the gorgeous brass mortise hardware using salvaged parts he inventories in his shop as well as fashioning parts where needed. They don't make hardware like they used to and Craig was able to allow us to retain the hardware of our historic home which I am sure should last another 50 to 100 years (longer than I will!).”

“Ive worked with Kevin Rodgers/Karp Designs many times now, and each experience was terriffic. I initially hired Kevin to tune my home theater with different sound panels, bass traps, etc., but I was so pleased with the job (it sounded amazing after the work was done) that I had the entire theater built out by them in a rock n roll theme. It was so well done that it made the Wall Street Journal Mansion section a few years ago. Ive had several other projects done, and they keep getting better...I highly recommend Kevin and all at Karp Designs.”

“I needed something to dress up the window in my powder room. Window treatments we too dark and heavy. A stained glass window was the best option. Tiffany came and measured the window space and gave me some ideas for a design and we chose a color scheme that was perfect for my house. A couple weeks later I was able to visit their showroom and check on the progress and give input on the colors. Installation was complete in less than 4 weeks for the custom work. And the end product is beautiful! I get so many compliments on the work. I would hire them again!”
