“My client bought a house in Austin so communication was critical, with a contractor I never worked with and a client hundreds of miles away.We started with a floor plan for a 2200 sq ft house that was in my hands 2 days later and very specific, then 3D renderings that not only prompted new and better ideas, the expectations were crystal clear and it made this project run very smooth. “I had two lamps that were damaged during shipping, and took them to Colonial Brass to see if they could straighten the metal parts that were bent. It was a tricky operation, as the lamp had crystal ball breaks, and the metal parts were really heavy. They accepted the challenge, and did an outstanding job at correcting the problems with the lamps. I was so impressed by their willingness to even attempt the repair, as it was going to be difficult. They are really skillful craftsmen.”
