“Dave deserves more than 5 stars. He installed a sump pump with a battery back-up, an ejector basin pump and lid, a kitchen faucet and a garbage disposal for me. As a woman, I was concerned that someone would try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge on the subject of sump pumps. Dave patiently explained all of my options, the pros and cons of the various models of pumps for my house and purposes and was, at all times, considerate and respectful. He told me that an item that I thought was broken was not and merely required flipping a switch to correct it. He returned to install a soap dispenser in my kitchen, at no charge, because he had promised to do so. The work was performed very well, expeditiously, and the area was left in better condition than when he had arrived. I will not hesitate to call Dave's Plumbing for any plumbing issues I may have in the future (he left his number attached to the sump pump piping for easy access)!”

“Chadd Hartwig and his employees do an outstanding job. I am a realtor and recently had a buyer that needed major work done on the plumbing, HVAC and septic systems. The home needed a new HVAC system, hot water heater, plumbing fixture repair, connections to a new septic system that was relocated to the opposite side of the home and re-plumbing of all plumbing. Hartwig plumbing was very responsive, provided full quotes with options for the homeowner to select from, scheduled the work quickly (as it needed to be done before other work on the home and in concert with other professionals such as the septic installer), were very professional and clean (especially considering they were working in a dirt crawl that was often wet. They made tackling a difficult job seem effortless and as a realtor, it was great to know that my buyer was in good hands and that Hartwig Plumbing's "can-do" attitude was backed up with quality work. I highly recommend Hartwig Plumbing to homeowners and businesses in need of plumbing and HVAC work for existing projects as well as new construction. They are of the highest integrity and professionalism and a pleasure to work with.”

“Our water heater pilot would not stay lit and the tank was starting to leak so it was time to replace. Called Arndt $ Son Plumbing. They were very helpful and gave me several options. I scheduled the replacement, but it got cancelled due to bad weather and slippery road conditions. We live out in the country on side roads. As a safety professional myself, I appreciated their concern and we rescheduled. I had the pilot running with no issues so the delay did cause any problems. On the revised delivery date, Tyler arrived exactly on time after sending us a heads up email. Again this was greatly appreciated since we had house pets to manage. After Tyler arrived we discussed the installation and had a slight change in plans. It was no problem for him and the installation was complete in less than 3 hours. The installation area was perfectly clean and the old unit was gone. Tyler even had a little fun with one of our dogs following him around outside and supervising the work. This was our second great experience with Arndt. We will call them again if we have other problems. Great service!”
