“Chip Guthrie is the Potty Doctor. He's a second generation of plumbers and has been a licensed plumber for 30+ years. He's an excellent problem solver and works quickly. We've hired him to replace our water heater with a more efficient system plus multiple other jobs. His wife, Irene, is very nice and has managed (first Chip's father's office and then) both Chip and her office. This is a man and a company that you can depend on when you need them. A rare find these days.”

“I have used a lot of plumbers over the years but Signature Plumbing is by far the best. It starts with Raquel who closely manages the team's schedule and keeps me informed of their timing, always looking for ways to accelerate response. But when it comes to workmanship, Sebastian is a skilled master. In a recent repair he went above and beyond what we asked for and corrected many other issues we were clueless about without needless markup in his fee. They are professional, responsive and fairly priced. I sleep better at night knowing they get the job done right the first time!”

“The company provided excellent services for my condominium remodel. They completely replaced all existing hot and cold water lines, installed supply and drain lines for a new washer and dryer in a closet, installed all new plumbing fixtures, installed new under cabinet waste arms, and installed 2 new shower pans. The owner personally worked on the job along with his staff. Everything went very well. The job was finished perfectly and they maintained a very clean worksite. They were prompt, experienced professionals who are thorough, qualified, competent and clean.”

“I use John and his crew for all plumbing needs. Everyone, including the lady in the office, are very knowledgeable. I've presented some difficult plumbing problems having an older home. Nothing phased them.. Everything is done right the first time! They come on time and are respectful of your home . Their prices are fair and totally in line with the work performed. They are honest. I wouldn't waste my time calling anyone else.”

“The most professional, knowledgeable, and capable company I have ever used. Twice they have corrected "bad fixes" by other entities, and I will never call anyone but Art again! First, I had a plumbing issue that was botched, I called Art Plumbing and they came the same day, fixed the problem, AND, when I asked, "While you're here, can you look at the shower and the outdoor faucet," they fixed those, too. Their truck is like a traveling hardware store, and their service people are friendly, polite, willing to work, and know what they're doing. Second, my one year old AC (purchased from a sketchy, never-return-my-calls company), was diagnosed as "not having a heater" (I always want the capability of heat). I called the AC manufacturer, and they recommended Art. I called them. Again, they came the same day, said I had the best AC WITH heater, and fixed the problem (wrongly wired thermostat from said sketchy co.). They have really impressed me and I highly recommend Art Plumbing & Air Conditioning to anyone for any plumbing or AC problem!”
