Luckily a friend forwarded the number to this company and the whole situation was dealt with quickly and without problems and the staff were very friendly and put me at ease by resolving the whole fault in a few minutes. “I had a complex underfloor heating issue in a house I had recently moved in to that other plumbing & heating engineers couldn't get to the bottom of and consequently walked away from. James made it his mission to solve the problem - his words were "i like a challenge". He turned up when he said he would, come back when he said he would, phoned back when he said he would and finally fixed the problem as he said he could. He was courteous, helpful, tidy and comes with the highest recommendation.”
