“We were doing a very large remodel of our home, updating all new water lines and plumbing fixtures. I interviewed 7 different plumbing companies. I chose Omnis mainly for 3 reasons: Simon was very easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable, knew all the answers to my questions and didn’t over charge. The project took months and Simon was there every step of the way to make sure the work was being done properly. He did everything he promised. Arrived when he said he was going to and worked well with all our other sub- contractors. He is really a genuinely nice person and so easy to work with.”

“Union City Plumbing in Shelton Washington, has the best crew in the business. Dave the owner is so nice and Carol in the office is just wonderful. The entire crew of plumbers is just wonderful, they fix what needs to be done and clean up after themselves, we had a remodel done and they were so good and we really appreciated their skills and knowledge. The individual who worked on repairing the system took the time to explain what was wrong, what parts would be required, quickly repaired the damaged part, and tested the system to ensure there were no other problems.”

“My water heater failed. Of course it was on the weekend. I wasn't sure how possilbe it would be to find a reputable Seattle water heater repair service. I ended up calling Todd.. He had done some work for me before and I was happy with his previous work so I decided to go with him for the water heater.Todd was friendly and answered all my many questions with no hesitation. He did an excellent installation job. He hauled away the old water heater and cleaned up after himself. I'm completely satisfied with Todd and the work performed. I would definitely use him again.”
