“I contacted my home warranty service for a claim and they assigned it to Pure Water Plumbing. I am so glad that they did! Adam was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to fix ALL of my plumbing needs while educating me on how to avoid them in the future. He replaced my garbage disposal, snaked my sinks, fixed my leaking toilets and showers. 2 items were not covered under warranty but his prices were very reasonable. Excellent service! I would definitely recommend!”

“Found THE SURFIN' PLUMBERS through an internet search on google. We had just bought our first home, a foreclosure, and had some unexpected repairs that needed to be addressed right away. I called them concerning our gas hot water heater. It was not working correctly and it was leaking. We also wanted to go over options for a non-gas water heater. I called THE SURFIN' PLUMBERS and scheduled an appointment. They were very polite and were able to accommodate our time. On our appointment date, they were on time, neatly dressed and very professional and polite. They were able to go over quite a few options with us and we chose to buy a hybrid hot water heater with a 10 year warranty. They removed our old hot water heater and the rotted wood it sat upon, and installed our new one. They hauled away all the mess and left everything clean. We definitely recommend their punctual customer service, their wonderful work ethic and their products. We had a great experience using this company and we will definitely call to use their services again.”

“Normal stuff. Water heater replacement. Job was completed quickly and efficiently. They require that an expansion tank be installed if one is not already there. I though that this might be a way to get a little extra money on the job, but found that this can actually extend the life of the water heater tank and could be the reason mine failed when it did. Lesson learned. I would use them again.”

“Our heater stopped working and it was extremely cold outside. There were many people ahead of us, but upon hearing that we had 5 children, including a small baby, they came within 45 minutes and fixed our heating unit. Wonderful company!”

“Aaron did an excellent job on our plumbing issues. He is very professional, trustworthy and thorough. Roots had penetrated the sewer line and he cleaned it out so that we won't have backups again. He also followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working properly. He has since done work for my neighbor and she is very pleased with his work, also. I will definitely call Aaron with future plumbing issues and will happily refer him to friends and family.”
