“Recently I Hired Paul Gallo to do all the plumbing on the renovation/remediation of my home. This involved the installation of several new faucets toilets,Shower tower etc. While not the engineering complexity of a Hydron Partical Accelerator. My home like most presented "unique" challenges owing to the original builders shall we say less than perfect attention to detail in 1980. Unlike the original builder Mr Gallo (Paul) does not approach a job and his work with an attitude of "this will do". Paul is a Skilled Trade and he takes that seriously. He is cognizant that someone will have to live with the product of his work for years to come. And he approaches each job with that attitude. I wish I had someone like Paul 15 years ago when I moved in and did my master bathroom (I think he was in grade school then). Everything was "good enough" and yet because I didn't have a plumber like Paul things were missed that I did not become aware of until the job was done and it was too late... Nothing fatal but each time I take a shower I see that one mistake and think "Newman' (Actually i use the man's real name)... With Paul (Marvel Mechanical) Good Enough is not enough It has to be "right".. Pride in workmanship and a genuine belief that his good name is attached to every job he does... Refreshing and rare in this age as I have discovered as I have gone through this process. I am happy to say In Marvel/Paul Gallo that there exist Residential skilled trades that are truly professionals What can I say He meets and exceeds all client expectations and explains issues as they arise. With the work that Paul has done I will never hear his name in my head when I use the new shower or any of the other fixtures (Toilets Faucets New Valves etc) because it all works perfectly and the finishes impeccably done.. Even the stuff I will never see no corners were cut - though some wall were along the way : ) And as an added bonus none of the drains from my sinks look like an amusement park water slide. For as long as Paul Gallo is working If I am in need of a plumber he is the only person I would trust with my home and the pipes what run through it”
