“Finally found a competent, reliable, and honest guy to service my plumbing requirements. I thought I'd have to replace a broken faucet handle with a complete set of hardware. Steve came in and repaired just the handle and saved me the cost of a new faucet and installation at a very reasonable price. He was on time, efficient, clean and fast. In and out in under an hour. So hard to find honest reliable tradesmen. This guy is a keeper!”

“A couple of months ago I awakened to a toilet that had been running all night and I had no idea that it had done so. It had eroded the ring underneath and was leaking into my basement. I did what I could to stop it but knew that I needed a plumber ASAP! The first name I came across was Joshua’s and he was a godsend! He talked me through how to make sure the valves were off and completely calmed me down. His work ethic and compassion for a hysterical female early on a Sunday morning spoke volumes about his character. He fixed my problem in no time at all and at a reasonable price. My toilet has not had any issues since and is actually functioning like it’s brand new. Thank you Joshua! You are my go to guy for any plumbing work needed in the future.”

Rhonda was very helpful and professional and was able to arrange to get a permit to install it in time for the final walkthrough. Richard was great in coordinating this last minute job. “These are my "go-to" contractors whenever I have issues plumbing or heating related. They promptly respond to phone calls, show up when they say they will, employ capable and personable employees, and most importantly, do quality work that is fairly priced and stand behind it. I have used them for repairing leaks, putting in dishwashers, replacing water heaters and faucets. Cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“Water pressure would dwindle then increase again. They determined that a new pump was needed and a new, larger holding tank. They were thorough, honest, timely and cleaned up. I'm extremely happy with them and will use them for any future projects.”

“We've been using Botto Brothers for years. They converted us from oil to gas heat and we have people come down to our basement just to look at the beautiful job they did. Honestly, it's like a work of art. Since then we've had them clean up the botched jobs of previous plumbers -- ones we've hired and ones since they first put plumbing into our 1790s house. They took out a LOT of superfluous pipe and made our system work much more fluidly. They are neat, clean, punctual (as much as possible) and professional. They are not cheap, but we've learned our lesson: you never save money with an "economical" plumber or electrician.”
