“Had water heater replaced and added a recirculating pump to help get hot water to the master bath. When we realized that our water heater was going out we called Todd and asked him to come out and take a look. Todd came out and spoke to my husband. He was very personable and answered all my husband's questions. Then Eddie came out and did the actual installation. He was just great! I cannot say enough about how professional and courteous he was. He kept our home clean during the process (even though he had to go in and out of the attic for most of the work). He was friendly and helpful and my husband really enjoyed having him put in the heater. My husband always asks a lot of questions and he found Eddie to be smart, friendly and very responsive to all of his questions. The experience was great...but that's not all... When it was time to pay the bill, I worked with Kata to get everything taken care of. We could not have asked for a better experience. Each person at Todd's water heater company was wonderful to work with and we will definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors.”
