They have done some major plumbing work for us over the years, particularly between the years of 2008-2010 when we were experiencing some major issues. “Service involved replacing an old (and failing) hot water storage system with an instant hot water system. Very responsive to my initial phone call, turned up exactly as scheduled. Guy provided clear explanations of each step, completed the installation in a timely fashion, and ensured that it was tested before he finished up. It's been good to have hot water again. Count me as a happy customer.”
