ā€œThe project that was designed and complete by Romano Builders contained a full kitchen renovation that started with the demolishing of the old kitchen, moving a wall that expanded the living room and the kitchen by additional of 10 feet and designing a new layout of the new kitchen and then to build the new kitchen with all new kitchen upper and lower cabinets, an island with sink, adding all new appliances, removing the wall that connected the kitchen with the living room and build a half wall that served as a bar and serving dishes spot when we have guests or family over, and last thing was to build an a wet bar that was kind of extension to the back of the house. At the end of the work and after we spent so much time with David and his people and workers, we can write that we had a great experience with them. They absolutely delivered all what they said and promised, when they said they will and for the price they gave us. The working teams of Romano Builders were friendly and professional during the whole work at the house. We were very fascinated by their productivity and the hours they worked in order to finish the project quickly as they could and without any mistakes. As this was our first major renovation, we felt sometimes some worried about the communication with the workers, but after a short time, things generally went smoothly. We are pleased with the final project and would certainly work with Romano Builders again.ā€

ā€œSo pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. Everyone I spoke with/interacted with was so friendly - this experience was a true pleasure. Thank you, Platinumā€

ā€œI rate them 5 stars because they were courteous and helpful regarding (1) addressing the issue of remaking a bathroom for handicap access and usage, with the contractor understanding from first hand experience being in a wheel chair the necessary details; and (2) doing a rush job for us in lieu of my mother's imminent release from the hospital and our need for the bathroom to be done. When my mom was release, it was a HUGE relief to have that bathroom ready.ā€

PCB and its employees were very good at listening to all our requests. They put in extra effort to make sure we were completely satisfied with all aspects of our home, both big and small. They have a vast amount of experience and were able to assist us in making good decisions. We would recommend this company. We love our new home.ā€

ā€œWe hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20ā€™ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. Weā€™ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but weā€™re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.ā€

ā€œI reached out to Home Renew 360 to work on my house and they came quickly. I decided to continue with them since they explained all the details and addressed my concerns which made me feel safe. I had done the exterior paint , rewrite and the roof and it looks absolutely amazing! The cool life paint with the cool roof makes the house so much cooler during the hot summer that I barely turn on my AC! They are very professional , responsible and honest , would definitely recommend Home Renew 360!ā€

ā€œChris and team just finished our master bedroom and window replacement renovations which included in the bedroom: rightsizing large oversized windows, rebuilding an exterior wall, adding a slider, canned lighting, drywall repair to ceilings to remove the large 70's florescent lighting panels, fixing closets, adding electrical to the closet, moving a television and all the rewiring and drywall. In addition, his team replaced all windows in the house, added a new custom French door and replaced two interior doors. He also added framing around all the exterior windows. This is the third major project I have asked him to do. The first was my beautiful kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel. Both had to be taken down to studs. His team is so talented and dedicated on getting details right. Projects run smoothly and efficiently. Subs are fantastic. I will have his team work on the next bathroom remodel soon.ā€
