The windows are a dream to install, really easy, look great, look fabulous. Service from Diamond Head's General Manager, Steve Pearson, is impeccable. He answers calls and emails instantly. When one roller on one of the sliding doors turned out to have a stripped adjustment screw, he drove to the North Shore to pick up a replacement and deliver to me in less than 24 hours. The installation guy Kenny is also really helpful and efficient.”
