“Purchased a condo and had no idea the last time my Islandaire unit was cleaned. Phillip gave me an estimated amount which included taking it apart and doing a proper thorough cleaning (not just vacuuming). When he arrived I might add on the worse winter day of April on time!. I was already impressed BUT than he looked at the unit and confirmed that it was not ready to be cleaned. SAVED me $$$$$$. Did not charge for his assessment. I will not only use him in the future but will gladly refer him to everyone in this condo and who hopefully is reading this review!! I hope he remains in business for a long time as, this day and age you do not find a business man with this kind of honest integrity! Gold STAR service. P.S he was highly recommended by Islandaire located in the states and the superintendent in the building.”

“We had a hot water tank installed by Boxall Heating. They also perform the maintenance on our HVAC system annually. They were and are on time, professional, and courteous, and tidied up after they completed the work. I like that they are a family-owned business rather than a big company that contracts out so you know who you are dealing with.”

“Was very impressed with Steve, From the time we met at the home and trade show. We had six different contractors come in to do a estimate. Steve wasn't the cheapest, or the most expensive. But he told me what I needed to hear, And he worked with me and my situation. He also had everything, Furnace,AC and fireplace. It was one stop shopping, some other contractors only had two outta the three. So if you want it done right the first time, He's your man!”
