“Our air conditioner died in the middle of summer and Arco sent their very knowledgable expert the next day. He wasn't there to sell hard, but to assess the situation and give us many options to chose as well as his recommendation. He gave us time to make up our mind and to call him. We made our minds quickly and then scheduled next day installation. The gentlemen who came to install the hvac system are very respectful, very considerate, clean and got the job done in the middle of rain storm. They took their time and did a great job! My husband and I are absolutely pleased and happy with the work they have done. For sure they can count us as life time customers.”

“After the March 2014 flood in areas of North East Ohio, Martinov Home Solutions Llc put in my furnace and air conditioner, the installer was polite and the space was cleaned up after the installation. Small animals chewed the control wires on the outside air conditioner, within the first year of installation. Martinov came out, fixed the wires, which were not covered under warranty, and did not charge for the visit. I appreciated his timely response because the outside temperature was in the 80's.”
