“WC installed new heating and air conditioning units, thermostats, condensors, whole house water purification system, upgraded vent registers, cleaned out vents throughout the house, and installed two additional air return vents upstairs. Their entire team of professionals is very knowledgeable, experienced, personable, on-time and clean up at the end of their portion of the job they performed. We're very happy with all that was installed, and will continue to use WC for all heating, air conditioning and plumbing work we have done. We highly recommend WC to those in need of any new equipment or equipment in need of repair.”

“20th Century added a/c to our existing furnace, and the results have been great! It took them a single day, and they included a wifi thermostat. They were very clear in advance about what their work would and would not include, and their price was fair. We had the option of several different units, and the one we chose was slightly more expensive but more economical to operate. I would gladly have them back for any job, but two years later there hasn't been any need for repairs.”

“Yaeger Services came highly recommended to us by a professional whose job is SEERS testing of air conditioners. We worked with Matt, who was the epitome of professionalism and integrity. He dealt with our HOA, providing them with all of the information required for approval, obtained the necessary permit from the city, handled all of the details, and kept us updated by email or phone without our ever having to request any information. He was onsite the day of the installation, which was accomplished by a neat and efficient two-man team in less than a day. Matt was onsite again when the City Inspector arrived to sign off the permit. Matt and Yaeger Services handled everything for us. They even registered the warranties! Is it any wonder we intend to have them take care of future heating and A/C maintenance?”

“Professional service, communication was easy and hassle free. Had an emergency with my furnace, the team arrived within an hour with all the necessary equipment and were able to replace the flame sensor on the spot. “Last week our furnace went out. Jacob came out and told me I didn't need a new furnace after other companies gave me overpriced estimates. He was very honest. We remembered Tiptop HVAC and called. Jacob came out again and was honest about what was going on with the furnace. We decided to replace the furnace. What I paid was less than all the estimates from last year. It was affordable and a good price point for me. Very honest company.”
