“A friend of mine worked for this company. He said that other AC companies will "clean" units with a corrosive that destroys the units in a shorter time span so that they have to be replaced. He worked for THIS company because, not only do they not do that, they really try to get the best deals for their customers...not just the cheapest, but what will work out best in the long run. I.E. they are ethical. We have now been with Morrow Mechanical for years and could not be happier. They have a program where you pay for a contract (very reasonably priced) that allows for better budgeting, then they come twice a year to service the equipment. The contract also gives you reduced prices on any needed repairs and gives you front-of-the-line service in emergencies. This contract has saved us many dollars, wait time, and has extended the life of our equipment. Good people.”

“Jubran Twal (Joe) came in response to an Angie's List special and tested and cleaned our AC unit, which was having problems. He diagnosed the "squirrel cage" problems and gave us an estimate for repairs and equipment. He came back about a week later with the parts, and did not charge us $75 for one of them, as he was able to use the one already in the system, contrary to directions/specs on the replacement part. The system is working beautifully well in our 100-degree heat, and we did not have to replace the whole system as we were told a year ago! Love this firm!”

“Happy with our duct cleaning After noticing mold/mildew coming out of a bathroom vent, we called Extreme. Sunny and his technician took care of us! He took pictures to show me what was going on in our ducts, and explained our options in a clear manner. Ask for Sunny! He is very knowledgeable, and cares about his customers.”

“We had a major ac issue over the weekend. I didn't know who to call or what to do. I'm so glad my neighbor told me about John Moore Services. It took some time but a tech was able to fix us up so we only suffered for a day vrs all weekend. The tech was very nice and went out of his way to explain what he was going to do. W will use them again for sure”

“We searched through multiple Air-conditioning companies to find one that was honest, reliable, knowledgeable.... the whole package. This company truly has everything that you’re looking for. They are up front and honest about what any issues are and the best way to work through new things. We had Doyleth come out to one of our remodel jobs when three other companies gave us uncomfortable feelings after looking at the project. The solutions those companies gave us we knew were not the way to go. But we expected them as an AC company to know. I then spoke with Jonathan from Doyleth and he understood exactly what needed to be looked at over the phone. The very next morning his technicians Edwin and Gerson came out ON TIME, and not only had a great solution, but provided us with the explanation of why the other solutions would not work. And Jonathan called to ensure we understood everything and follow up. After that job, we immediately had them come look at our personal system to explain what was going on. And once again, everything they said rang true. The pricing was fair and the job was well done. We are excited because we have found a true reputable AC company that we can use on our projects and recommend to our clients! Thank you Jonathon, Edwin, and Gerson for the first two jobs very well done!!!!”

“AC inspection was scheduled for the summer. Technician called us ahead of time and arrived on time. Finished complete AC inspection and provided us simple explanation of thing to be taken care of to avoid future problems. Also provided free estimate of things to be resolved to save AC from breakdowns. Overall great experience and service provided”
