“Professional service, communication was easy and hassle free. Had an emergency with my furnace, the team arrived within an hour with all the necessary equipment and were able to replace the flame sensor on the spot. “Last week our furnace went out. Jacob came out and told me I didn't need a new furnace after other companies gave me overpriced estimates. He was very honest. We remembered Tiptop HVAC and called. Jacob came out again and was honest about what was going on with the furnace. We decided to replace the furnace. What I paid was less than all the estimates from last year. It was affordable and a good price point for me. Very honest company.”

“Working with Construction District was a great decision on my part. They clearly outline what your expectations are at the very start of the project, so there are no miscommunications at the later stages. I had an even deeper appreciation for this as the project moved closer to completion. The communication was consistent and the quality of work was exceptional. “After contacting a few other contractors we decided to hire Greenman Air Duct Cleaning, because they took a great effort to make all of our questions answered, their price was reasonable and their customer service sounded very knowledgable. For less than 500$, they efficiently cleaned all the air vents and dryer vent in our house. We've noticed a HUGE difference in air quality ever since, and we highly recommend them to anyone needing professional and affordable air duct cleaning.”

“The old family house was falling apart. My main concern was renovators not doing the houses original design justice. You can imagine the emotional attachment and why this was important. Y & C provided the most tasteful and effective restoration to my old home. They made all the needful structural repairs without altering its original look. I’m thoroughly impressed.”

“Yaeger Services came highly recommended to us by a professional whose job is SEERS testing of air conditioners. We worked with Matt, who was the epitome of professionalism and integrity. He dealt with our HOA, providing them with all of the information required for approval, obtained the necessary permit from the city, handled all of the details, and kept us updated by email or phone without our ever having to request any information. He was onsite the day of the installation, which was accomplished by a neat and efficient two-man team in less than a day. Matt was onsite again when the City Inspector arrived to sign off the permit. Matt and Yaeger Services handled everything for us. They even registered the warranties! Is it any wonder we intend to have them take care of future heating and A/C maintenance?”
