“Jim has demonstrated, that he is not only highly skilled, but an diligent problem solver. There were some serious problems left behind, by my previous contractor, who apparently didn't know how to measure windows. Additionally, my house is about 100 years old, which means nothing is straight. Jim has gone above and beyond, I highly recommend him.”

“Pam the owner has done more then one job for me and all the individuals I ve hired over the years, she is far and away the best. First of all she does excellent work in a timely manner and if by chance if there is a slight problem (which there normally isn't), she will return and clear the matter up in a short period of time. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.”

“I hired CertaPro to paint my hallway and dining room ceiling. I typically do my own painting and I was skeptical that somebody else could do as good a job as myself. I had recently had surgery and was unable to do the job. My hallway leads to an upstairs and it is not an easy job. To my surprise and delight they did an even better job than I could have done. They were timely, respectful, clean and reasonable enough. I will be hiring them in the future. TIM”

“Starc Construction Services painted the interior of my house. This included the living room, hallway, and three bedrooms. They pulled up the installed carpet and refinished and stained my hardwood floors that were underneath. I am extremely happy with the results. So much so that I intend on using them for my bathroom and kitchen remodel.”

“Santiago and Son and crew are the best painters I've ever hired. Their first project was to finish painting two of my upstairs bedrooms in the dead of winter. They did so in about six hours with utmost care (the rooms were not emptied) and remedied my inferior rolling with a seamless palette. And they were wonderful folks to get to know as well. Two years later, I asked them to paint the exterior of my house and barn, including two trim colors for each building. They made a first visit to power wash, vacuum, and reconnoiter the scope of the project. Then their team of five literally flew through the painting in four days. Unlike many other painters, they protected our plantings extremely carefully and vacuumed and picked up every little chip and drop of paint, old or new. Simultaneously, I was having one wall of my sagging barn rebuilt. Santiago volunteered to come back and paint the finished wall, having already primed both sides of the lumber going into place. He sent his two best painters and they spent an entire day carefully blending the new paint with the old. I will never hire another painter except Santiago and his family. They are exceptional craftsmen and really kind, gentle people to get to know and to joke around with. And I forgot to add that their rates are extremely competitive. Really, really reliable and skilled professionals!”
