“Very professional. Kept us informed of his schedule and gave us updates as needed leading up to his working on our floor. Andrew work the hours needed to complete the sage he was working on regardless of the hours that he had already put in. The finished floor is great. It looks great and is exactly what we had hoped for. I would highly recommend Coal Creek Coatings to anyone and have already done so. Andrew was very courteous and helpful in arranging the work and was the consummate professional in ensuring that the work was completed a advertised and as required to have a beautiful functional floor.”

“Iverson Painting did many projects for us this year. 1. Painted kitchen cupboards 2. Stripped wallpaper of kitchen walls 3. painted kitchen, laundry room, family room, bathroom, bedroom hallway and woodwork 4. Painted exterior of our home. Every one of the employees were very respectful, professional, finished the work in a timely manner,and they did an excellent job inside and outside. “Madison Brushworks did an amazing job with our exterior deck. Both the front porch and back patio needed to be completed on a house we were purchasing before we could get approval to purchase the home. “We are incredibly impressed with the work of Dan Legge Painting & Pre-Finishing and the people Dan hires. We highly recommend him. Careful attention to detail was paid at all times. His crew was very tidy and left the site as clean as possible during the work-in-progress stage. We enjoyed being around each one of his crew; they were kind, friendly, personable and professional. We completely trusted them. They treated each other with respect, and clearly enjoyed and took pride in their work. Dan uses high quality materials; He is knowledgeable and very good at explaining various aspects of paint application and procedures involved in the painting process. He was also very helpful with decision-making, offering many well-informed and insightful suggestions. He helped us to determine the use of colors, caulked generously over the entire home, sanded all rough areas, and found an extraordinary stain for our cedar garage doors, always making sure that the colors matched. In regard to costs, Dan got the job done without continually adding to the bill for every minor detail and was always available to answer questions and concerns. The project went exactly as he said it would, without delays and provided 100% follow-through on everything that was promised in his contract. Our highest recommendation! Tim & Linda Glander”
