The only reason I haven't hired Portillo Painting and Design of the Triad is because I live halfway across the country. I wish we had a few companies in Indiana with professionals as dependable and as direct as Stuart is. He always communicates clearly and helps me feel like no question is too silly or ignorant.”

“I first met Terry Clayton when I called asking for a quote for a very small job, telling him I would have a bigger job in a few months. The first job was just painting a guest bathroom above the bead board, including the ceiling. A small 5 x 7 bathroom. He came out the same day to talk to me, asked if I had the paint, and offered to do it immediately! He and his brother got it done in about an hour, and left my bathroom spotless. I was very happy, and got an estimate on having him stain my new deck, and pain a fence and gate I had just replaced. He gave me an estimate and told me to call when I thought the new wood was ready. About 6 weeks later, when I saw a few days of sun in the extended forecast, I called him back. He remembered me, had kept the notes on my quote, and offered to pick up the stain once I chose a color. We scheduled for a Saturday morning. A crew of three arrived on time, applied 2+ coats by hand, and did an amazing job! They are polite, kind, meticulous, and so very easy to work with. They did a great job, and left my yard pristine. I recommend them highly. Thanks, guys!”
