“Edith did an excellent job working with us from the very beginning as we searched for a home in the historical center of Pistoia: from accompanying us to see and evaluate buildings and all stages of the purchase, to the final stages of the renovations. Not only did she work on the architectural restoration of the apartment in a building built between the 15th and 17th centuries with large wooden beams in the kitchen and high vaulted ceilings in the other rooms, but also provided invaluable advice to help us with decisions on interior design and navigating all the bureaucratic red tape that comes with buying property in Italy - in our case buying an office to be converted back into a residence. Our apartment renovation was a particularly challenging one because of the building's history and Edith's knowledge and experience truly helped us in every way. She was always available for last minute emergency consultations whether with us, the builder or engineer, and always had a patient and professional demeanour. I am positive we couldn't have gone through the entire process without all her hard work, experience and support. I would highly recommend her to anyone.”
