“Blue Bear Landscape Concstruction (Mike Koch) has transformed a problem spot in our garden into a fascinating meditation garden with a contemporary water feature and a careful selection of plants, rocks, and driftwood. This job included the construction of a small rock wall and the installation of feature lights. There is always something blooming yet at the same time it is low maintenance. We are often observing different birds and squirrels that visit the water fountain or the flowers. Mike was pleasant to have around. He is a hardworking fellow who completed the job on time and on budget. We appreciated his design skills to create such an enjoyable tranquil spot. Mike's work does not only look good on the surface, he knows how to build solidly underneath to make things last. We are planning to hire Mike again to re-design our front yard and entrance area. I recommend Mike's work to my friends and family.”

“CC leveled and put paving stones on my rear deck area. They were punctual, respectful, friendly and worked very hard. They used a creative idea on the stairs that is my favourite feature. There have been no sinking nor shifting of the stones. There are a couple minor angle issues which kept me from giving 5 stars. I have recommended these guys and will continue to do so; not for their low prices, but for the quality of my experience with them..”

“I highly recommend working with Nick at Jones Outdoor Living. I had him build a pagoda with a gate on my outdoor patio to keep my dog in the patio area and also to finish the outdoor space. It not only looks amazing but is a solid construction. Working with Nick was a dream, he provided some ideas and inspiration but also took my vision into account.”

“I highly recommend Hyland Landscapes. We had multiple companies provide us with a quote for our backyard renovation and Hyland provided us with the most detailed quote and thorough plan. Their staff was on-time, professional, and very good at communicating during the project to help us get exactly what we envisioned for an end project. We have already recommended them to a few friends and they have followed up twice with us to see how we like the final product and check to see if any additional touch ups are needed. You will not be disappointed with these guys!”

“Design and execution with excellence. On two occasions we have had Heartwood design and build for us. The work was done in a timely manor and after sales service to deal with minor issues or plant replacement was done without making us feel we were being in reasonable. “I used David Anderson for multiple complex projects. His attitude was extremely businesslike and approachable (as was the crew working for him). He and his crew were on time and often worked late to finish on budget and time. In terms of the quality of work, I was very pleased with the final product, we often called David back to do other projects and consult on design.”

“Castle Contracting did an amazing job revamping our back yard. Professional, knowledgable, and so easy to work with.
