“A WIN/WIN SOLUTION: ONE GORGEOUS MULTILEVEL PATIO I had spent three years shopping for a landscape design firm, and had narrowed it down to three firms. I had some idea about my patio, stone work, and layout. It was a multi level project with several entrances and exits. John and his team came through for us at every point in the project. He was generous with his time, creative with his solutions, thoughtful and damn good. We had some difficult terrain issues he was able to navigate. His work crew were polite, cleaned up after themselves and took every step to insure I was happy with the project as it went along. John and crew had some great suggestions for placement of newly found boulders with the excavation, and made excellent use of both granite and blue stone I had from the old patio. His price was not the lowest, but it was more than fair and considering the final outcome it was a bargain. He started and finished on time. What more could I ask?”

From the perfect selection of plant materials to the overall design of the landscape, Theo is in control of everything. On one recent project he designed the retaining walls, the rock outcroppings, the pool and spa, and that was just the beginning. I cannot wait for the next project we can collaborate on since he gives our architecture a special place in the landscape. Jimmy Crisp”

“I had Mid Coast Masonry build a natural stone wall and install a natural stone patio in my yard and they did a fantastic job. Paul Belcher and his crew were extremely professional. We actually had a load of patio stone delivered and after working with it for a short while they deemed the stone to be unacceptable and had the stone sent back. This cost Paul a day's work but he is a perfectionist and wants to make sure that the job is done right. They will go the extra mile.”

“Phillips Lawn & Landscape did an amazing job on our entrance walkway. They asked questions and heard what our preferences were for hardscape and landscaping choices. They offered suggestions we hadn't considered. We were so impressed with the results, we hired them for many more projects and have asked them to create an outdoor kitchen. They have greatly increased the value of our home. They are reasonable, timely and very creative.”
