“An excellent company to work with. From design, layout and all the way through to implementation- they’re one of the best. We were super pleased with the outcome and also took in their recommendations for landscape maintenance and are continuing to work with them for landscape maintenance. Amazing team and had a great experience! They take such good care of the home, clean up and keep to their timelines as well. We highly recommend Dinsmore’s services and we also had a fantastic experience ironing out the details of the project with Jack - who was very hands on and our first point of contact for all questions. Overall, high quality team and work!”

“We hired R&R to build a 1,900 sqft deck, outdoor kitchen and seating area. The team was outstanding! I can't say enough great things about these guys. They were clear about what they were going to do, when they were going to do it, and then in the end, it all happened as they said it would. The entire team was fantastic to work with. They came with great ideas and delivered for us every step of the way. If you are looking to remodel your backyard, look no further - this is your team. Choose anyone else at your own risk. Ron and the team are by far the best contractors I've ever worked with. Plus they are great guys on top of it, which makes the process move so much more smoothly. We never had to chase anyone down or wonder when anything was going to happen. They were great communicators throughout the entire project and we absolutely love our new backyard. Highly recommend working with them!”

“I hired Terry Shimono to help with a backyard design and then do all the work for a complete backyard remodel for a 20' x 15' backyard. This included taking out an old concrete patio and replacing with a new patio of pavers as well as an irrigation system and landscaping. Terry is one of the most professional and patient individuals I have ever worked with. He took time on several occasions to discuss the plans, look at patio options and shop for plants/trees. Not only did he meet deadlines and budgets, he also had a very helpful attitude during the entire process. One of the things I was most impressed with was the clean up. When the job was complete, the clean up was so thorough, it was impossible to tell they had been there. The end result exceeded my expectations and I am thoroughly enjoying my new backyard. I highly recommend hiring Terry without any reservations.”

“Southbay Design & Landscaping redid our backyard over 4 years ago, and have been maintaining it ever since. They are very responsive to any requests we have and are thorough in the maintenance of our yard. I appreciate that they will plant new plants for us if we pick them up and have given advice on what kind of plants work around our yard. They even help out by fixing our sprinklers without us asking (we actually hadn’t realized it was broken but were suspicious of why the grass wasn’t growing well in one spot). We appreciate their professionalism and good work.”

“Nato Vargas and his team did extensive drainage work for us in 2014. This involved taking down the soil level 4 inches in the back garden, digging and installing several french drains and a sump pump. Since then we've had no water accumulation during subsequent rainy seasons, protecting our foundation. The drainage works perfectly! Nato and team have come back twice, in 2017 and 2020, to repair and stain our back garden fence, resurface the gold fine decomposed granite paths, install a new mail box, replace a garden gate and build a wood shelter for our recology bins. Nato and his team do beautiful work!”

“Elaine and her hardworking crew did an incredible job transforming my front and back yard to beautiful places where I now wanted to spend more time there. Endowed with oriental background with years of working experience in the west, Elaine has a very unique and artistic eye that I can rarely find in other designs's. Infused with her great taste, my yard turned into a piece of art work. Elaine kept the process clear and stayed communicative and responsive throughout the project. Before the project started, she collected my preference and listened patiently to my requests, and also shared her ideas and visions to me. With a deep understanding of her client's requests and a rich professional knowledge , she soon turned our discussion to a solid proposal, followed by high-quality and efficient labor work monitored by herself. “JPM came in and rescued our backyard. Understood our budget limitations and what we wanted and created a backyard paradise that incorporated existing items while adding some new features.
