“Luis and his team are top notch professionals who focus on quality. I have had the good fortune to work with him on several projects to improve my home and backyard in San Francisco. The first was a fairly complicated deck rebuild followed by my request to build a series of planters from an architect's drawings. They did such a great job on those I asked them to replace all my exterior siding and even add a window which looks marvelous. I can't recommend Form and Function Landscapes enough. My experience with Luis is he has always been fair and honest. I know I can trust him and his team of landscapers, carpenters, plumbers and electricians to do a good job.”

“We are so happy with our "refreshed" backyard from Westcoast Hardscape! The team was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Mike/ operations manager was proactive & honest with communication, shared ideas to consider and walked through the process and options so we knew exactly what was planned. We can't wait to work with them again for future projects, we can not recommend them enough....overall an excellent experience and amazing work!!!”

“My garden had good bones but the plants were all wrong. I wanted a garden that looked natural but well-kept, a tough aesthetic to pull off. I wanted lots of birds and butterflies. Mariposa Gardening has taken care of my garden for a few years now. The principal, Andrea Hurd, started by editing the original sorry collection of misplaced plants, replacing the losers with absolute winners. I now have a beautiful variety of textures, colors, shapes and sizes. Something is in bloom in all seasons. We are overrun with birds and, in season, with butterflies. Her maintenance crews have done a great job of keeping her work looking good. The trees are elegantly pruned; each one displays that gold standard "looks like it grew that way" look. Any special request that I make is quickly taken care of. Sometimes I get treats, in the form of new flowers or vegetable starts (I love foraging in my own back yard). In short I am completely happy with Mariposa Gardening and Design.”

“L&L did a fantastic job! Ross listened to what was important to us and came up with a great design that we just love. The process was smooth and professional. They kept us informed of project dates and deliveries and the crew was just excellent. We love our new backyard and we always get great comments every time we have guests over. I would highly recommend L&L to all my friends.”

“Neli, Stan, Todd, and others at Interactive Landscapes are fantastic. Interactive completely remodeled our front and back yards, installed a large Batu (wood) deck, a hot tub, a BBQ island with built-in plumbing and gas, artificial grass field, concrete and tiles, and beautiful landscaping/plants, automated drip and spray irrigation, and automated and manual LED lighting. They had great and tasteful ideas provided 3D, color/textured computer drawings to help us visualize the design. They suggested strategies to save money on the design. They led and personally worked on every detail. They instantly respond to questions verbally, in text, or email. We have put a lot of work on our house and hired more than 15 contractors for a large amount of work inside and outside. Interactive Landscapes is by far the best contractor with which i have ever worked. Their prices are highly competitive and their quality is just top notch.--the best i have seen. I cannot say enough. They can do it all.”

“Pete is a pool masters. The design phase was all about our new pool and what we wanted. Pete was patient, creative and by far the best prepared to gather all of the information needed for a detailed proposal. He worked with us during the entire design process and never pushed us in a direction that was away from our the original thoughts of our dream pool. He made suggestions that were appropriate and explained details of the construction process to achieve a high quality pool. During construction, Pete and his subs were professional, respectful and good at cleaning up each day. Pete is there almost everyday and checks in to make sure we are on track. He also made suggestions regarding the design and as a result we made some changes that really improved our pool environment. Pete's Pools is the pool builder you use when you want "your" pool not the pool the pool company wants to sell you.”

“Fantastic experience with this landscape design and construction company! Our particular designer (Pam Cosce) was knowledgeable and professional in all meetings and we couldnt be happier with the results! No issues with deadlines--everyone that worked our site was extremely nice, professional and timely. Entire process from design to excavation to completion for our $100,000+ project was less than 9 months (design changes/plans and the city approvals took the longest time--probably 5-6 months.) Overall--very happy and highly recommend!”

“My wife and I initially did not believe the timeline that was provided for the scope of work that needed to be done (1/3 an acre, combination of pavers, turf; requiring steps and work around columns). But Nader and the folks at NAB construction stuck to the deadline and completed the work on schedule. We were equally impressed at the attention to detail -- with Nader as project lead constantly reviewing the plans with his team to make sure the specifications were as discussed.”

Rhea had been a breath of fresh air to work with...honest, hard working and truly passionate about the work and outcome. We are just starting construction, happy with the progress and flexibility to date.
