“We have had Phanton Screens on our home since 1999. We have them on 8 doors and 9 windows. They were all custom made, we love the way they let the breeze off the lake flow through the house and our outside Gazebo. We have harsh winter and love the way they're self storing and protected when not in use. About 3 years ago we had the new latches installed to all the doors which secures the doors in the wind.”

“My basement windows were the old metal frame nasty windows and we were finishing our basement. Hired West Michigan Glass Block to replace those nasty windows with glass block (some had air vents and one had a dryer vent)
What a difference, the amount of light they let in is great, no more drafty, ugly basement windows. The salesman that came out originally was polite and very knowledgeable. The installer was great, cleaned up after himself and again very polite.

“I am an engineer by training...
I went through the process of getting 3 bids to change my windows. The first step was to get bids from 3 different suppliers for my front window (and the biggest in the house), then after understanding the technical nuances of factors of installed vs not installed R values and such and comparing prices I decide to go with Hansons. This big window counts as three, it as a picture window and two side ones.
The first window they delivered was on time, of the right size and the installers did an excellent job on cleaning afterwards, very pleased, financing was a breeze with no issues.
Three months later once we "tested" the window I went ahead and do the full house (13 window total).
They had a glitch on one of the windows the factory sent the wrong size. The contractor was quick to apologize, installed a temporary window making sure we did not ran into any issues and expedited the process of fixing the mistake.
Sometimes you learn more about the company on how they handle their mistakes, is was handled very well, apology, fast fix, and apology. No issues there.
I am an engineer by training and so far I have loved our windows, they have been installed for 4 months now and they are really good.”

I cannot wait to "decorate" having lived here for 9 years. I've always had to deal with fading furniture, floors, and pictures...this is no longer a problem with the film!
