“We had a kitchen greenhouse window that was in bad condition. We looked into replacing the entire window and had quotes in excess of $3,500 which did not include some tile work that would need to be addressed by a second contractor. We contacted R&S Glazing Specialties to have the glass replaced rather than replacement of the entire window. R&S completed the entire project in 3 weeks (would have had to wait 14-16 weeks to obtain a new window) at a fraction of the cost. The services of R&S were A-1 from the initial contact with the office through estimating to completion of the project. They were very attentive to our needs and concerns and timely in completing the work. If you need glass replacement (or other services R&S provides), I would no hesitation in using them.”

Individual who came 2nd and measured also seemed knowledgeable and professional. To this point I've had good communication and a promise of red carpet treatment.”

“i feel real lucky finding John. going through a major master bath remodel has been long and trying. finding contractors i trust and can work with and have the skills. John is all of that and more. he comes in and i immediately know he's my guy. based on my research and a half dozen other glass companies i knew what to listen for and John did not disappoint. he hit on every key factor. mounts, thickness of glass, door handle, and he did not try to sell me anything more than i needed. as if that wasn't enough, he blew away the other contenders with his bid and turn around time. the nearest bid was almost a thousand dollars more. all the quotes were stipulated with at least a 3 to 5 week turn around. John was back in 7, SEVEN days installed and beautiful. and that included the glass treatment. the icing on our master bath cake. and a good guy. he's got my business from now on and i will be highly recommending him to others. pictures talk better so here is one.
