“We have a small guest house (formerly just a pool house) which needed enlarging and bringing up to a comfortable standard. John de la Rionda Carpentry coordinated with contractors (electrical and roofing), created a new bedroom, bathroom, small kitchen area and living room...new windows, sliding doors, a deck, all new flooring...what a transformation, and all who are lucky enough to stay in it have such positive things to say about the comfort, practicality and aesthetics of what we fondly call Casita Colibri.”

“Bruce was great in working with me to design cabinetry for my entire house using inspiration from my collection of photos. We have beautiful, unique designs that we love. His factory uses computerized equipment so all the pieces fit together precisely and have perfect spacing between the parts. The only downside is that they are busy and have a long (6-8 weeks) lead time.”

“I have worked exclusively with CFM Company for all of my high profile clients projects. I have found them to be reasonably priced, very fast and the quality of their work is exemplary. I have worked closely with them on unique, custom built-in projects such as cabinetry for wine closets, game room paneling and display, children's loft built-ins with trundle beds as well as detailed wood cabinets and freestanding pieces. “I'm am an owner builder with experience in custom home building. I had used different cabinet manufacturers in the past for transitional style homes but my latest project was my own contemporary style house. After looking at lots of options for colors and finishes I met Hamlet at Newline Cabinets who was referred by a friend. I visited his shop and I was impressed by his computerized and up to date machinery, very clean shop, and his professional and patient attitude. The variety of materials, finishes and options that were offered was great. On top of that, Hamlet has great taste and offered very helpful guidance in details and options like use of Channels instead of cabinet knobs or handles and top of the line hardware and interior cabinet options. Our cabinetry came out great and precise to the point that my installers were impressed. Overall, Hamlet did a beautiful job at a reasonable price and I highly recommend him for any cabinet work.”

From project inception, to execution and completion, he was with us every step of the way and was readily available to answer questions, provide insight and give direction. The end result were cabinets of incredibly high quality an durable build. The carpentry was second to none, and we're so glad we went with all custom rather than pre-fab or semi-custom. We're so happy with our kitchen and forward to the many years it will serve at the "true living room" of our home!”

“ABSOLUTE PERFECTION is the ony way to describe this company! I started out with a small bathroom and ended up adding new custom gorgeous cabinets all over my house. My closet, other bathrooms, garage and now currently working on my kitchen. I am addicted to their custom cabinets. Prices are really fair and affordable.Super professional personnel. Sergio is a great and dear person to work with and he cares about his customers. I refered him to at least 6 of my friends now. They all are so happy too. Quality is superb! Best company I ever dealt with!”

“ASSESSMENT OF MARJAN SVETKO Scope of Project: Replace existing kitchen cabinets and countertop. No change in the configuration of the layout of the kitchen or location of appliances. No significant changes to electrical or plumbing. Reason for Selection of Marjan: Marjan was one of two contractors that we interviewed and received proposals from. Both proposals were competitive and in a narrow range. Marjan distinguished himself with his design expertise, attention to detail and his flexibility. One of the major considerations in choosing Marjan was his timeframe from demolition to being back in our kitchen and having a ‘working kitchen’ which we defined as having our refrigerator back in the kitchen, a working sink and a working dishwasher. Marjan estimated that we would be out of our kitchen for less than a week. The other contractor told us that we would not have any access to our kitchen for one month. Marjan’s estimate of being out of our kitchen for less than a week held true. Working with Marjan: •Communication: Marjan was very good at communicating with us about the timeline and updates and changes. We signed our contract in mid Feb 2021. We were supposed to take delivery of the cabinets in early/mid-April, but ran into issues with the cabinet manufacturer which extended the delivery date to mid-May due to labor issues related to Covid-19. Marjan kept us informed of the delays and actually had us on calls directly with the cabinet manufacturer to understand the latest timing. Marjan always kept us informed about updates and status changes which is very important. •Attention to Detail: Marjan’s attention to detail was very helpful throughout the process. His experience in designing and remodeling many kitchens was very helpful in making suggestions to us about small changes that had a big impact. He sees things that most of us don’t see. •Trustworthiness: Marjan is a trusted partner. It can be awkward working with someone new on a project that has a very large cost, but Marjan performed and kept his word on all major elements of the project. •Interpersonal: Marjan was a pleasure to work with throughout the project. Kitchen remodels are very stressful on the family, especially when your kitchen is offline for a period of time. Marjan’s demeanor was always calm, professional and friendly. He spent a significant amount of time at our house and got to know our family. Recommendation: We would strongly recommend Marjan for all kitchen renovations. His attention to detail, project execution and professionalism were exceptional.”
