“A/C unit installed May 2016 for a single family house. The Think Mechanical people were great to deal with. Professional and courteous; the installers didn't mind me asking a bunch of questions as they started working -- I'm that type of person. The install itself looks really good in-and-out. Attention to detail was given, and everything was installed with clean lines (i.e. looks nice). The outside as well. They also cleaned up everything well and left no trace when they were done. The unit itself looks really good and operates relatively quietly compared to the others on the block -- it doesn't make a loud start-up sound and when it's running it's not too bad. (Quality unit and the included compressor blanket.) *** Customer Bonus: our furnace had been a bit louder than I would have liked over the last few years (13-year old house). Loud blowing and some squeaking. One of the installers tightened up something (blower fan maybe? not sure)... and now the furnace operates very quiet on hot or cold settings. Very happy with this and wish I would have had that taken care of much earlier. Didn't realize how quiet our furnace should have been. Installation started around 9:30am and was finished around 3 or 3:30pm. New thermostat was included. Payment was done online, after, very easy and hassle free with my credit card. Both installers were friendly (and not sketchy, which is nice when someone is coming into your house). Will be recommending this company to everyone.”
