“The service professional arrived as scheduled to begin rewiring my basement and installing ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms. He was very cordial. My boys were very interested in what he was doing (as was my dog) and he took it all in stride, explaining and entertaining as he worked. He was very open and honest, offering suggestions for future projects. When I noticed a problem with one of the lights after he had left, I made a call and he returned the next day with the same enthusiasm. Once the work was complete, I was impressed! As the days went by, I received a thank you note and discount card in the mail which really made me feel special. The discount card prompted me to plan out future projects around the house.”

“KB electric did a great job. They were very thorough with the installation of recessed lights in our house and installed a house surge protector. Both Rick and Will were very professional and cleaned up after the job. I only hope they had made a couple of less holes for the recessed lights. “Erjon and Steve showed up on time, they were proffesional and courteous!! Took time to and listened to what wanted done, then explained how the work was going to be compledet step by step. After the work was completed to my surprise they even vacumed the area ( never had that happened with a contractor) . So far everything works fine and will update review if we have any issues. For now i highly recomend them.”

“Scott installed a new electrical panel and cleaned up all of the wiring in our basement. Our old electrical panel was a complete mess and was a project that another electrician told us could not be done due to physical constraints. Scott completed it without issue. In addition he also installed security lighting outside and put some existing lights on dusk to dawn timers. We appreciated Scott's professionalism, timely completion of the work and attention to detail.”
