“We had Tim mount and add wireless speakers to multiple TVs in our house and also look at our current internet configuration/speed. We couldn’t be happier with this his service and professionalism. He responded to our request promptly and was able to come out for a consultation shortly after that. We booked him to do the work quickly after that and was able to do everything quickly and efficiently. When there were supplies that needed to be ordered, he kept us updated on the status and made sure we knew what he was doing and his timeline. We have since had Tim do more A/V projects at our house and will continue to use him indefinitely. I would highly recommend him for all your A/V needs.”

“There is not enough we can say about Aurum Home Tech. EKD has not only partnered with Aurum on several projects, we also trust them to enhance, sync, light and enable our showroom and displays. We recently expanded our showroom and the Aurum crew worked tirelessly to ensure every small detail of the lighting, sound and 'whole package' of the new space was running flawlessly. It was such a great process to see from start to finish. The beauty of Aurum, is that their work is executed flawlessly, which means -- it is out of sight. To be in an Aurum space, is to have ultimate control of your environment, without seeing a thing. Since you cannot see their work, being able to have the crew around day in and out, hours on hours was a true testament to the pride and attention to detail they put into their work. Ryan, Anthony and everyone who has worked on our showroom is just great. Their knowledge, skills and ability to just 'make it happen' was great. They were incredibly respectful of the work that continued to go on during the expansion and just nice, respectful and overall fun! “We worked with a technician named James for a free consultation and he later returned for an install. He did a great job! We are not tech-savvy and were not convinced that we really wanted/needed smart home tech. James was understanding, clearly explained how it worked and what solutions would be wise for our needs and our home. He explained it clearly without being condescending or pushing like a used car salesman. The free consultation got us excited about outfitting our home, and we asked him to return a few days later for an install. He was efficient during the install and was able to get all of our new devices working quickly. He took the time to show us how to set up each device, and showed us how to use them. He even hooked up our Roomba to our new smart home (we already had a Roomba to clean up after our dogs, but we were physically pushing the button on the Roomba to start its cleaning cycle). He was not asked to hook up the Roomba, he just noticed it was not connected and offered to help. Overall, excellent job by James on getting our house updated with smart technology. We would highly recommend him and Local Intellitech.”
