HHDesign, with confidence and poise came to our rescue. Their professionalism and architectural expertise have turned a nightmare into a sweet dream. We were so impressed with their portfolio which is largely high-end and contemporary. This could have possibly been a stumbling block, however; you can imagine how pleased we were when, at their suggestion, they maintained the integrity of the building and style of the neighborhood. “We recently had Big 3 Construction remodel our bathroom and did a beautiful job. We had 2 other estimates prior to having Big 3 come out, the first company that came out was an arrogant guy that wanted to sell us what he wanted with materials that were way out of our budget and basically telling us we were stupid if we didn't do his way...obviously we didn't go with him. The second company that came, the guy was actually nice, however, he didn't seem very knowledgeable in what he was talking about and kept having to call his office every time we asked a question, because he didn't know how to answer us, but then in the end, his price didn't seem to justify the work. Then we had Big 3 come out, and it was a God send...Ian was our project manager, not only was he nice, professional and very knowledgeable, he listen to what we wanted, our ideas and opinions and also offered some of his own advice which actually helped us save money...we were impressed, not to mention sold! We knew we found our match! And we have been just as pleased throughout the whole process. The crew has been just as nice and knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do and always picked up after themselves and really made this a wonderful process from start to finish.Thank you Big 3 for all your help. After they did the bathroom, we had them come back out and give us a bid on painting, they were the only bid we took and we are going with them because we can trust that they are fair honest and do an excellent quality of work. And now, my mom loves our bathroom so much, they are having Big 3 come over next week to give an estimate...i couldn't have put my parents in better hands!!”

“It has been an absolutely pleasure working with Justin! No hassle, no drama and no hidden cost! My job entailed architectural plans for a major renovation; removing walls, adding an opening for an extra large sliding door and the addition of an ensuite bathroom. Justin came to my house to discuss my project and take measurements, this took him ~ 2 hours. He told me when the plans/drawings would be ready and the cost. The cost, I thought was very fair indeed. I received the plans/drawings by the scheduled date. After the plans were done, however, I wanted to make some changes to them, Justin told me upfront how much it would cost to do so and how long it will take him to make the changes and as before, I received the plans by the scheduled date. During the process, any questions I had Justin responded by text usually within 15 to 30 mins and by email by that day. He also Zoomed me to explain something that just was not clear to me on the plans. Via Zoom, he was able to share his screen and point out on the plans/drawings what he was referring to and explain in layman's terms for me to understand better. I submitted the plans to the City and they had one question. Justin responded to the question immediately and updated the plans accordingly at no cost to me. I resubmitted the updated plans to the City and they passed. I would recommend Justin and I would certainly use him again.”
