“Thomson Properties undertook a total refurbishment of a large bathroom. The work commenced and completed exactly to the schedule agreed prior to order. Their technicians were excellent; always on time, quiet, respectful and cleaned up at the end of each working day. Jamie Thomson checked the progress of the work regularly and asked during each of his visits if we were satisfied. During the course of the work the technician suggested minor alterations to the design which were practical and an improvement to the proposed layout. We had a very minor issue occur in the period before Christmas which I expected would not be resolved until after the holiday but I was very pleasantly surprised when Jamie phoned to discuss the issue he sent a technician within an hour to attend to the matter. The final cost was as agreed initially with one minor item of extra work which had been discussed and instructed during the work. We are very pleased with the standard of workmanship. We have no hesitation in recommending Thomson Properties.”

“We decided to change our bathroom to a wet room and Conrad Designer Bathrooms were the people we chose for the project. It was not an easy task but they came up with a good plan and also suggested some ideas which we hadn’t thought of. They worked very hard and kept us informed throughout. The project took just over two weeks and the planning and co-ordination of all the tilers, plasterers and electricians went like clockwork. “Jeremy designed and fitted a new bathroom for us in January 2016. This was an extensive change to the bathroom – involving stripping everything out of the room, re-plumbing the bathroom components to new locations and re-decorating. We’re very happy with our finished bathroom – the quality of the design, fitting and components in excellent – like something from a posh hotel room! Jeremy’s design makes impressive use of the available space – we previously just had a shower over the bath and now have a separate walk-in/wetroom-style shower and a large roll-top bath in the same space, without the room feeling cramped or compromised in any way. Jeremy designed our bathroom and managed the fitting – including: - Working with us to agree the layout in detail (walking through it in the room and providing diagrams) - Helping select materials and fittings - Arranging logistics such a certifications, skip hire, permits etc - Ordering the materials and fittings and all other supplies - Engaging builders, plasterers, plumbers and electrician - Managing the fitting, decoration and finishing - Aftercare: including walking us through how to use all the components and even touching up the paint when we had a small water leak (caused by a problem unrelated to the work on the bathroom) The bathroom was completed in the agreed timescales and to a very high standard. I believe Jeremy always works with the same tradespeople to fit the bathrooms – they were all very polite and tidy while fitting the bathroom and Jeremy was to hand to sort out any queries or minor issues. We are pleased with the finished bathroom and would recommend Jeremy for bathroom projects.”

“Working with Chris, Paul and the team on our bathroom was a great experience. They understood our brief well which was a bit unusual, we called it 'electro-regency' and as a result the first design they showed us was exactly what we wanted. Chris was good at the detail, arranging for elements that didn't come out of the box to be made bespoke for us, for example we needed a gold electro-plated toilet flush which was all executed well. It took longer than anticipated from start to finish but the time was worth it because ultimately this was time spent on attention to detail. I would recommend for anyone looking to do something a bit unusual and unique to them.”
