“I purchased an RH Peterson 'Realfyre Split Oak SDP' 24" inch log set and burner from L.I. Fireplace and Stone in June 2017. I loved the look but did not really get a chance to burn it for a long period of time till late October. It keep shutting down after 45 minutes of burning. This was due to the log set being a bit too large for my fireplace box that built up heat. This was my fault as I insisted on this size. Michael Sapio of L.I. Fireplace and Stone (owner) was just fabulous ! He came back inspected the original unit and cleaned all debris that I had created. Upon the 2nd complaint he came back and cleaned and adjusted the log set again. However, the unit shutdown again. Michael ordered a brand new (more expensive ) 'G52 Realfyre Charred Evergreen ' log set and came back, removed the old set and installed the new unit. The new unit runs just great and is beautiful ! Most IMPORTANT ! There was no charge at all for any of the above except the original purchase. I and my wife went to many fireplace showrooms and shopped them all. We settled on L.I. Fireplace & Stone which had the best displays (hard to find location-sign in the window only but address is correct). Their motto on the 'invoice' sheet is "WE GO THE EXTRA MILES FOR OUR CUSTOMERS". This is so true ! Could not be more pleased and satisfied !!!!”

“I have a wood burning stove that the pipes inside and outside had to be changed because they were old. I must say that Dion and Anthony are excellent workers. A problem occured and the pipes were not fitting correctly. Well Dion had to go back a couple of times to get the right pipes. He is a gem of a worker, respectful and a hard worker and his partner Anthony is great. These two guys didn't give up or get fustrated on completing the job. I must say that Dion really knows his craft well! Great guys and i want to thank them, for difficult task!”
