“Got an idea we wanted a fireplace installed, found Arizona Fireplaces, went to the showroom, and Robert helped us right away and was very helpful. He suggested a contractor they work with, we called him, he came out gave us an estimate and we had our fireplace installed within a few weeks. We absolutely love the electric fireplace model we chose and love working with Arizona Fireplaces to get it done.”

“I love my Modern Flames linear fireplace. It creates just the modern but soothing ambiance for my master bedroom. I contacted Modern Flames yesterday because my home was broken in to and the burglar stole my fireplace! In less than 24 hours Matt Gomez at Modern Flame was able to find me a replacement that will fit perfectly. This level of service is commendable any time but considering it's the busiest time of year for fireplaces, Matt's response is amazing! Thank you, Modern Flames for a quality product and for staff and service commitment that makes for a standout company.”

Run with good old fashion values, they treat customers, as well as contractors, like family. If you are not close by, it is worth the drive. “I reached out to Lucid to build a fireplace sculture for a silent auction gala and the sculpture has a huge hit, so much so that I decided to have one made for my own home. The owner of this company is extremely professional, responsive, detail oriented and creative. Friends and family who come over comment on my sculpture and want one of their own. It is a great conversation piece as well as a quality work of art that makes a fireplace something to talk about. I will continue to refer friends and family to the works of Lucid.”
