“From start to finish, Phoenix Fires service was top notch. Great range of fires to choose from including gas, electric or wood burners with some to view in the showroom. They had lots of fitting experiences so came up with some good design ideas to suit you and your home. I would definitely use Phoenix Fires again and I would recommend them to my friends and family too! Thanks guys!”

“We visited Nostalgia looking for a period fireplace for our Victorian property we are renovating. We were blown away by the choice available, but after some very helpful guidance from Nick, we purchased a restored Carrara marble fire surround and cast iron grate. We weren't in a possition to take delivery straight away but Nick offered to hold the fireplace until we were ready. When the fireplace was delivered we were not dissappointed with our choice. It looks amazing! From start to finish the service has been excellent and I will certainly be going back to Nostalgia when we come to renovate the other rooms. Thank you.”

“Having purchased a Kinder Oasis living flame gas fire from OER approx. 13 years previously, I had no hesitation in visiting their new (to myself and wife) showroom again. We immediately appreciated the professionalism shown to us concerning choosing a replacement, an Oasis Plus. All arrangements and fitting were carried out with no fuss whatsoever.”

“We have used Decorum to design, supply and fit 2 fire surrounds/hearths and 3 wood burning stoves. They provide an excellent service form start to finish holding your hand all the way through from initial home survey, design, choice of stoves through, fitting to completion . Their fitters are very professional and tidy and the end products looks amazing once the projects have been completed. Great service, knowledge, value and customer service - I couldn't recommend them enough!!! Paul Morris”

“I can't recommend Nick highly enough. From the initial meeting in his showroom, to estimate through to completion of the work he has been excellent. He understood exactly what we needed and helped us with design and sourcing of the right tiles as well as carrying out the work with an exceptional level of craftsmanship. We had been looking for years for someone with the necessary knowledge of working with period features combined with the practicality of gas installation and I'm so relieved that we found Nick to do the job. He left the house immaculate once he was done and was always courteous and polite even when I was dithering over styles! And as if his overall service was not enough, when we had made a mistake in the quantity of tiles, he has offered to come back and fit the remaining 2 tiles. Would recommend to anyone looking to restore or replace their fireplace, especially those looking for period detail.”

“We recently visited Stoke gas, Shelton, S O T, because we had started a total renovation project in our home. As we were making complete changes, and after trawling the internet, without success we decided to visit the above branch, numerous times may I add. At each visit we were treated with patience, professionalism, pleasantness. we greatly admired the knowledge of all types of fires and felt we left very happy with our purchase without straying far from our planned budget. We would recommend this branch to family and friends, highlighting that face to face selling and purchasing should not be lost. Thanks greatly to Pippa for all her help Regards Bev and Dave Palin”
