“I was so impressed with this company from the sale to the follow through. I was uncomfortable calling since I really didn't know much about buying the new mantel for our house, but the guys there immediately made me feel at ease. They knew just the right questions to ask me to make for a perfect fit. They even did drawings for me showing how the mantel would look on the wall. The mantel arrived on time and in perfect condition. The mason said it went together great. Now I have this stunning fireplace that is the center of my new room. It's even more beautiful than I thought it would be! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.”

“These guys are great! They know their stuff, great customer service, and get to things quickly. I wanted a particular look to our new fireplace and there was only one fireplace that I had found that matched what I wanted. Other stores tried steering me toward other options with a different look or to a very expensive custom option. Tyler and Sam quickly found what I was wanted (it was available in South Carolina), got it shipped to Texas, and was ready for install as soon as the general contractor was ready for it. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with everything. I definitely recommend Red Hot Fire Shop!”
