“I have been into the Bechtelsville showroom on numerous occasions. All the sales men are always very helpful, and eager to show me all the merchandise. The last purchase I made was of an outdoor grill. Matt, the owner was very helpful, and even made a suggestion about several recipes I should try..still have not tried the beer can chicken, but I did roast a turkey using the rotisserie for last Thanksgiving. My next purchase I am looking at is a cool Jotul stove I want in my man cave.”

“If your looking to invest in a Fireplace and or Fireplace insert, The Stove Shop in Phoenixville should be you go to place. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none. The owners Bill and Cindy will leave you feeling as warm and cozy as the fireplace the put in your home. Frank in the showroom has a wealth of knowledge and is very passionate about his work. Their installation crews do a very good job as well. I have worked with them personally on several projects and highly recommend this business. Stop in and see their beautiful Showroom! “Newtown Fireplace (NFP). does a great job.....very professional.....1st class installation..... and all the people I've interacted with have been wonderful to deal with. I had a fireplace installed several months ago. Just recently I started to hear a noise in the chimney......they came right back out and fixed it. So many vendors disapperar after they receive final payment .......this is not the case with NFP. It's comforting to know that if a I ever have a problem, they are there for me.”

“All of my experience with Salters has been exceptionally good. In Nov., 2012 I ordered a propane gas fireplace insert for my home. First person who came to my home to confirm the measurements, recommended a custom frame (at a very modest increase in cost) so that less of the marble on my fireplace would be hidden. Second, the store rearranged their installation schedule so that my insert was installed the day before my early December holiday party. The insert looked great!! Lastly, when a manufacturing defect was discovered with the model which I had purchased, the Salter service team tried to arrive in a timely manner to get my insert working again, worked with the manufacturer to diagnose and fix the problem, and went out of their way to keep me appraised of the progress. I would definitely recommend Salters to everyone.”
