“We were so happy with Ember Fireplace. They were very professional and showed up on time and cleaned up when they were done. Fireplace looks amazing and are so pleased with the way it turned out. “Newtown Fireplace (NFP). does a great job.....very professional.....1st class installation..... and all the people I've interacted with have been wonderful to deal with. I had a fireplace installed several months ago. Just recently I started to hear a noise in the chimney......they came right back out and fixed it. So many vendors disapperar after they receive final payment .......this is not the case with NFP. It's comforting to know that if a I ever have a problem, they are there for me.”

“All of my experience with Salters has been exceptionally good. In Nov., 2012 I ordered a propane gas fireplace insert for my home. First person who came to my home to confirm the measurements, recommended a custom frame (at a very modest increase in cost) so that less of the marble on my fireplace would be hidden. Second, the store rearranged their installation schedule so that my insert was installed the day before my early December holiday party. The insert looked great!! Lastly, when a manufacturing defect was discovered with the model which I had purchased, the Salter service team tried to arrive in a timely manner to get my insert working again, worked with the manufacturer to diagnose and fix the problem, and went out of their way to keep me appraised of the progress. I would definitely recommend Salters to everyone.”

We were unsure of what type of stove we needed, but after several visits and great information received from Rettingers, we made a perfect choice that works for us.
