“The Lullaby mini bathtub from Aquatica Plumbing Groupy was the perfect choice for the restoration of our historic 103 year old house near the redwoods and beaches of Northern California. The Lullaby mini tub has the classic elegant look and refined feel I was wanting when restoring this classic house. My bathroom now has life, and a historic feel. The dimensions of the tub were critical to the restoration of the tiny bathroom space. I searched and searched to find a tub that would fit, other companies wanted me to take out walls or said there was nothing out there that would fit the tiny bathroom but the staff at Aquatica worked with me to find the right fit, searching and researching while never pressuring me. The customer communication was so important, timing was essential when re-modeling in a remote location and boy did they come through with their word. Aquatica staff made sure that my order was tracked all along the way, from placing the order, to payment, to when and how it was being shipped, to the final delivery and inspection. I was completely satisfied, and would purchase from them again. “John at Modrock was referred to me by a counter contractor who told me that Modrock does the best job around for refinishing concrete. I have a very expensive, unique countertop and I didn't want to take a chance on quality. His quote was very reasonable and I had a good vibe from him.
The counter refinishing took three days and looked like a new counter. After the sealant dried I did notice that some portions where somewhat uneven so I called John back. He came back to take a look and he saw some silicone sealant that had smeared onto the concrete surface from the caulking of the seams, which would be impossible to see when still wet. Job complete and very satisfied. Would definately use him again.”

“We wanted to replace all of our 30 knobs in our kitchen on doors and drawers and chose SpectraDecor to help us. The owner, Leilani assisted us personally and was patient with our indecisiveness providing advice when we asked. We were given many samples of all types to help us figure out what would be best. We received the knobs when promised, and Leilani came to our home and installed them herself. When we discovered two of the doors didn't open completely with the new bigger knobs, a remedy of smaller replacement knobs (at no additional price) was immediately offered. The product is well-made and beautiful and has added the color and class we were looking for in our kitchen. “I am not a builder but did build my home and installed its kitchen cabinets on my own and on the classic shoestring budget, in 1985. It was time for an upgrade. I found Cascade Cabinetry simply by browsing through the Seattle Home Show II.
Their cabinetry struck me as a cut above what I had been previously passing at the Show. Striking a conversation with Doug and getting a closer look at the quality of their cabinets, I was pleasantly surprised at the price I was quoted. These points made me pursue them further.
With my personally installing the cabinets and an obsessive tendency, I was intent on doing my own measurements and emailing drawings to Doug. His willingness to work back and forth with me (invoke the above “obsessive tendency” here) helped me overcome some obstacles with innovative ideas.
Cascade’s strongest point, beyond the quality of their cabinets, is their ability to custom-size. I now have a kitchen with perfectly fitting cabinets, no spacers, and a built-in look for a standard refrigerator.”
